Christensen Arms MPR 6.5 PRC 24" 5rd Tungsten Rifle

The Modern Precision Rifle (MPR) is the ultralight chassis rifle from Christensen Arms, and this version pairs 6.5 PRC with a 24" carbon fiber barrel and a Tungsten anodized chassis. The target contour barrel floats inside a carbon fiber handguard, is threaded 5/8-24, and wears a stainless side baffle brake finished in Black Nitride to match the action. A 20 MOA rail gives a long range scope extra elevation before it runs out of adjustment.

The billet aluminum chassis has a folding stock that locks with MagneLock technology, shortening the rifle for packs and truck cabs. The comb is carbon fiber, the grip is polymer, and the action feeds from a 5 round detachable magazine. A TriggerTech trigger and a 1:8 twist barrel round out the package. At 6.9 lbs it is light enough to carry on a hunt but set up for precision work off a bipod, and Christensen backs it with a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee. 6.5 PRC adds velocity and energy over 6.5 Creedmoor, which matters at the distances this rifle is built to reach.
