Canik Mete MC9 Prime 9mm 3.64" 17rd Compensated Pistol

Canik built the Mete MC9 Prime around one idea: put a real compensator on a carry sized 9mm without making the gun any wider. The 3.64" barrel is ported into an expansion chamber cut directly into the slide, which bleeds gas upward and holds the muzzle flatter through a string of fire. Recoil is normally what limits how fast a pistol this small can be shot accurately, and this is Canik's answer to that problem. The magazine holds 17 rounds and two of them come with the gun.

The rest of the pistol is built to match. Night Fision tritium sights front and rear, a flat face aluminum trigger, and a steel slide serrated at both ends and milled for a red dot on the Shield RMSc footprint. The polymer frame carries a Picatinny rail for a weapon light and an aggressive texture across the grip panels, and the backstraps swap out to fit different hand sizes. It is a lot of pistol for its footprint, and the compensator is not a bolt on afterthought but part of how the slide was designed in the first place.
