Canik METE MC9 Prime 9mm 3.64" 17rd Bronze MeCanik MO1 Pistol

The METE MC9 Prime is Canik's micro compact carry gun with the extras already installed. A MeCanik MO1 micro red dot comes mounted, the slide and barrel are cut for the integrated compensator that gives the Prime its flat shooting reputation, and the irons are tritium night sights. This one wears a black and bronze finish, a pairing that reads dressier than a plain black gun without getting loud.

Canik's approach on the MC9 line was to take the features people bolt on after purchase and build them in. The flat face trigger, the stippled grip, the accessory rail, and the optic cut are all factory work. On a pistol this small the compensator matters more than it would on a duty size gun, because there is very little slide mass to soak up recoil. Shooters coming off a subcompact striker pistol tend to notice the difference on the second shot. Canik built the MC9 Prime as a complete package rather than a starting point.
