Browning Invector-DS 16 GA Modified Extended Stainless Choke Tube

Modified is the choke most 16 gauge shooters leave in the barrel when they do not know what the day holds. The pattern stays together well enough at mid range and stays forgiving on a close bird, which is how it ended up as the default field constriction.

Browning built the Invector-DS system around a brass sealing band that compresses against the barrel wall ahead of the threads. Residue stays out, the tube comes loose when you want it to, and the longer taper inside works the shot column down gradually rather than all at once. The extended design lets you change tubes at the truck by hand. Fits 16 gauge Browning barrels threaded for Invector-DS, which is not compatible with Invector-Plus or the original Invector pattern.
