Browning Invector-DS 16 GA Improved Modified Extended Stainless Choke Tube

Improved modified is one step tighter than modified and one step short of full. It is the constriction people reach for when birds start flaring at the edge of modified range, or as the second barrel on a pair where the first shot comes close and the second one is going away.

This is an extended stainless tube for the 16 gauge Invector-DS system. The brass seal at the base of the tube blocks gas and residue from reaching the threads, which is the reason Invector-DS tubes come out clean instead of fighting you at the end of the season. The extended body gives you enough to grip that no choke wrench is needed. Invector-DS uses its own thread and taper pattern, so this tube will not fit barrels cut for Invector-Plus or standard Invector.
