Browning Invector-DS 16 GA Light Modified Extended Stainless Choke Tube

Light modified sits between improved cylinder and modified, a middle setting for shooters who want a little more reach than an open choke without squeezing the pattern down to one distance. On a 16 gauge that covers close flushing birds and early season work where the shot comes fast and the range stays short.

The DS in Invector-DS stands for double seal. A brass band at the base of the tube compresses against the barrel wall and keeps powder residue out of the threads, so the tube still backs out by hand after a long season. The extended body sticks past the muzzle far enough to swap chokes without a wrench and carries the constriction marking where you can read it. These fit 16 gauge Browning barrels cut for Invector-DS only. Standard Invector and Invector-Plus tubes do not interchange with this system.
