Browning 1911 Black Label Medallion Pro 250 380 ACP 4.25" 10rd Pistol

Browning's 1911-380 is the full size 1911 shrunk to 85% scale, and that single decision is what makes it work. Everything is in the place a 1911 shooter expects, the manual of arms is identical, but the grip is thinner, the slide is lighter and the 380 ACP chambering keeps recoil down to something a new shooter or an arthritic hand can manage for a full box. The Medallion Pro 250 marks 250 years with rosewood colored grips carrying a laser engraved flag and a 250 Years of Freedom inscription.

The slide is blackened stainless steel with silver polished flats along the sides, which catches light on a gun that is otherwise dark. The 4.25" barrel is corrosion resistant steel and the frame is a composite shell over a machined aluminum subframe and slide rails, so the gun stays light without flexing where it matters. Steel three dot sights are dovetailed into the slide. Magazine capacity is 10 rounds. A pistol rug comes in the box. Single action, thumb safety, grip safety: it handles like the 45 it is modeled on, minus the weight and the recoil.
