Brownells Glock Channel Liner Tool

The striker channel liner in a Glock slide is a plastic sleeve the striker rides through, and it is the one part in the slide that is not obvious to service. It wears, it cracks, and when it does the striker drags. Getting the old one out and a new one seated square is where most home gunsmiths reach for a punch and start doing damage.

Brownells makes this tool for that job. It pulls the worn liner and sets the replacement without gouging the channel walls. This is bench gear rather than range gear, the kind of thing that sits in a drawer until a slide needs work and then saves an afternoon.
