The Bergara B-14 Ridge is a straightforward, accurate hunting rifle at a sensible weight. This one is chambered in 270 Win, the flat shooting deer and pronghorn classic, with a 24" No. 5 taper barrel and a 1:10 twist. The barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and includes a thread protector, so adding a brake or suppressor later is easy.

The stock is an American style molded synthetic made of glass fiber reinforced polymer with a SoftTouch finish in black and gray, and it is bedded with integral pillars for a stable action fit. The B-14 action is a two lug design with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech for smooth feeding and extraction. The Bergara curved trigger gives a crisp break.
