The Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon I Combo gives you one over under receiver with two sets of barrels: 20 gauge and 28 gauge, listed at 28". Swap barrels and the same gun covers a morning of upland birds with the 20 and an afternoon of skeet or quail with the 28. The barrels are Steelium with a vent rib and a bead front sight, and they take Optima HP choke tubes.

At the core is the 686 action. Two conical locking lugs sit at mid action, right between the barrels, which gives it strong lockup while keeping the receiver compact and low. The receiver carries scroll engraving, and the stock is oil finished walnut with crisp checkering and a Schnabel fore end. A single selective trigger lets you choose which barrel fires first, and the safety sits on the tang where your thumb already rests. The stock is set up for a right hand shooter.
