Alpha Foxtrot AF1911 Romulus 9mm 4.25" Pistol

The AF1911 Romulus is Alpha Foxtrot's build on the 1911 pattern, chambered in 9mm Luger with a 4.25" barrel. That length splits the difference between the 5" government guns and the short carry models, keeping enough slide up front to settle the muzzle while trimming the profile for daily wear. Nine millimeter in a 1911 is an easy combination to shoot well: recoil is mild, the trigger geometry the platform is known for stays the same, and practice ammunition is easy to come by.

A century on, the 1911 still gets picked for its trigger. The straight back press and short reset are what the design was built around, and that is why the pattern holds its ground in a market full of striker fired polymer pistols.
