Akkar High Noon 20 GA 28" Shotgun

The Akkar High Noon is a side by side shotgun line from Akkar USA, and this one is the 20 gauge in the standard grade. Every High Noon gauge gets a frame sized to that gauge, so the 20 is trim and lively instead of feeling like a heavy 12 bored down. Barrels are 28" long and blued, chambered for 3" shells, and five choke tubes come with the gun.

The receiver wears Akkar's OxyCap finish, and the walnut stock is shaped with a Prince of Wales grip and enhanced checkering, a rounded grip that looks right on a traditional side by side. A 20 gauge double is about as classic an upland gun as you will find: light enough to carry all day after quail and pheasant, with enough shell to handle doves and a round of clays. The standard High Noon gives you the same action and gauge specific frame as the Elite, with plainer wood and an unengraved receiver.
