The AGM Global Vision PVS-14 3AW1 Night Vision Monocular is a rugged, lightweight multi-purpose night vision device that has repeatedly proven itself in combat, offering a versatile tool for handheld operation, head or helmet mounting, and weapon mounting with the proper accessories. Designed to meet 810G military standards, this Gen 3 Auto-Gated White Phosphor Level 1 monocular delivers a clear, steady image with an automatic brightness control and an automatic bright light shut-off feature to protect the photocathode tube while maintaining visibility in changing light conditions. With a 1x magnification (26 mm F/1.2 lens) and a 40-degree field of view, it provides reliable day-to-night capability and can be augmented with third-party optics for 3x or 5x magnification. The unit weighs 0.32 kilograms and includes a built-in infrared illuminator and flood lens, manual gain control, and LED indicators for low battery, IR activation, and excessive light conditions. Its compact, waterproof design supports extended field use, offering up to 50 hours of operation on a single AA alkaline battery and a wide operating temperature range from -51 C to +49 C (-60 F to 120 F).
