Zaffiri Precision Sig Sauer P365XL 4.3" Threaded Barrel 9mm Stainless

Cut for the longer P365XL slide, not the standard P365, so match the barrel to the gun before ordering. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for a suppressor, compensator or brake, which is the usual reason an XL owner swaps the factory barrel out in the first place.

Zaffiri machines these from stainless steel in house and leaves the surface polished. Feed ramp geometry is reworked over the factory shape and the chamber is supported all the way around. Rifling is conventional, so cast and plated bullets run without the concerns a polygonal bore brings. Installation is a straight swap into the slide.
