Winchester Xpert SR 17 WSM 16.5" 8rd Gray Rifle

The Winchester Xpert SR is the suppressor ready version of Winchester's lightweight rimfire bolt gun, and this one is chambered in Winchester's lightning fast 17 WSM. The 16.5" button rifled sporter barrel has a Bentz style chamber and a target crown, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 with a knurled thread protector. A molded gray polymer stock keeps the whole rifle at about 4.5 lbs, and the matte black receiver and barrel finish off a clean two color look.

The Rimfire M.O.A. trigger adjusts with three levers, and the extended bolt handle gives plenty of leverage. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped, and a two piece scope base comes with the rifle. It feeds from an 8 round rotary magazine with ambidextrous releases on the side rails and a bottom tab, so the magazine drops into your hand. A Picatinny rail under the forend takes a bipod, and sling eyelets front and rear let you carry it all day. For varmints and predators past the reach of a 17 HMR, or for quiet suppressed shooting on small game, the Xpert SR in 17 WSM hits hard for a rimfire and weighs next to nothing.
