Winchester Varmint HE 17 WSM 25gr Polymer Tip 50rd Box

Varmint HE (High Energy) is Winchester's hot load for the 17 Winchester Super Magnum, the fastest rimfire cartridge made. A 25 grain polymer tip bullet leaves the muzzle at 2600 fps with 375 ft-lbs of energy, built for quick, violent expansion on prairie dogs, groundhogs and coyotes.

Compared with the 17 HMR, Winchester rates the 17 WSM at about two and a half times the downrange energy, with a flatter trajectory and less wind drift. For anyone running a 17 WSM rifle on varmints at rimfire ranges and a bit past them. 50rd box.
