Winchester put its 170gr Power-Point 30-30 load into commemorative packaging for the 250th anniversary of the United States. The outer box is a rigid display case with a magnetic lid, period Winchester artwork, and a short story printed inside the lid. What sits inside is the same 30-30 that has been filling deer camps for over a century, moving at 2200 fps.

The Power-Point bullet uses a soft exposed lead nose with notched jacket edges, so it mushrooms at the modest speeds a 30-30 works at rather than needing a fast impact to open up.
