The Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT in 338 Wby RPM is built on Weatherby's newest bolt-action rifle platform, the Model 307. Designed to complement the historic Mark V and Vanguard lineups, the Model 307's two-lug, fully cylindrical action accepts a broad range of aftermarket stocks, triggers, rails, mounts, and magazines.

Weatherby partnered with MDT to produce an ultra-light chassis rifle that owns the range and dominates in the field. The MDT HNT26 carbon-fiber chassis features a foldable buttstock that collapses over 9" of total length, making this rifle an excellent compact option for packing in and out of the backcountry. The 24" fluted barrel is finished in Graphite Black Cerakote and paired with a recoil-reducing muzzle brake for faster follow-up shots on the proprietary 338 Wby RPM cartridge.

The receiver, trigger guard, bolt, and bolt knob are all Cerakoted Graphite Black for corrosion resistance and a low-glare tactical appearance. FFL transfer required.
