The Fuse is the long slide, long grip end of the P365 family, and it does not fit a holster cut for a standard P365 or an XL. This shell is molded specifically to that frame, so the trigger guard indexes where it should and the muzzle end is not left hanging past the Kydex.

Molded thin and worn inside the waistband, which is what the P365 line was built around in the first place. The clip adjusts for ride height and cant so the longer grip can be pulled in toward the body, retention adjusts at the mounting hardware, and a sweat guard keeps the slide off your skin.
