Traditions NitroFire 50 Cal 26" Veil Wideland Muzzleloader

Burnt Bronze Cerakote on the barrel and Veil Wideland camo on the stock give this NitroFire a look that suits open country and late season cover alike. Underneath the finish is the same 26" chromoly steel barrel, fluted and tapered, cut with Traditions' VAPR fast twist rifling for good accuracy across a wide range of bullets.

The NitroFire is built for the Federal Premium Firestick. The Firestick is a sealed polymer tube of Hodgdon Triple Eight powder; you seat the bullet from the muzzle, slide the Firestick into the breech, add a 209 shotgun primer and close the break action. Nothing loose to spill, nothing to soak up rain, and the charge comes back out of the breech when you unload. The Elite XT trigger is tuned for hunting, with a crisp break, rebounding hammer and cross block safety. The rifle has no sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped, so mount the scope you trust or add sights. For a hunter who wants modern muzzleloader convenience in a camo pattern that is a little different from the usual, this one fits the bill.
