About this product
This is the NitroFire scope package in Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camo, a complete muzzleloader setup for the deer woods. A Duplex scope comes mounted and bore sighted, and the 26" chromoly steel barrel is fluted and tapered under a Cerakote finish. The camo synthetic stock blends into fall timber and is not bothered by rain or a muddy truck bed.
The NitroFire runs on the Federal Premium Firestick: a sealed polymer charge of Hodgdon Triple Eight powder that loads into the breech, with the bullet pushed down from the muzzle and a 209 shotgun primer for ignition. That sealed charge keeps powder dry and makes loading and unloading quick, with no measuring in the field. The barrel uses Traditions' VAPR fast twist rifling so it shoots a wider choice of bullets well, and the Elite XT trigger brings a clean break, a rebounding hammer and a cross block safety. Sight it in at the range before the season and this package is ready for whitetails.
