Tisas PX-9 Gen 3 Tactical 9mm 5.1" 20rd Threaded Pistol

The PX-9 Gen 3 Tactical is Tisas taking a real run at the duty pistol market, and the package it arrives in is hard to argue with. The 5.1" hammer forged barrel is threaded 1/2-28 with a protector fitted, the slide is cut to the RMR footprint for a red dot, and the polymer frame carries an M1913 rail for a light. Two magazines are in the box, one 20rd and one 18rd, along with a loader, a removable flared magwell, and an inside the waistband holster.

The grip takes interchangeable side panels and backstraps that combine into 27 configurations, so large hands and small ones both get a proper hold without a trip to a gunsmith. Magazines follow the SIG 226 pattern, which means spares are easy to find and reasonably common. Sights are a fixed rear with a fiber optic front, cut to the Glock 9/40 dovetail pattern if you want to change them out. Front and rear slide serrations give you something solid to grab for a press check or a malfunction clearance. The slide wears a black nitride type finish over the steel. For a shooter after a threaded, optic ready 9mm with a light rail and a spare magazine already accounted for, the specification list covers most of what people bolt on later anyway.
