Tikka T3x Ace Game 7mm PRC 24" 5rd Left Hand Rifle

The Ace Game is the hunting side of Tikka's chassis line. It shares the modular chassis with the Ace Target but wears a fluted medium contour barrel instead of a heavy one, which takes enough weight out of the rifle to make a long day of walking realistic. This is the left hand version, chambered in 7mm PRC with a 24 inch barrel and a 5 round magazine.

The 7mm PRC is the cartridge a lot of Western hunters moved to for good reason. It drives long heavy for caliber bullets fast, it holds its energy well past where most people will take a shot, and it does it from a short action length case design that feeds cleanly. Twenty four inches is the right amount of barrel to get the advertised velocity without turning the rifle into a pole. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 so a brake or a suppressor goes straight on. The trigger is adjustable and the chassis lets a shooter set length of pull and cheek height for a proper fit in hunting clothes. Left hand hunters rarely get a modern chassis option in a serious magnum, and this is one of the few.
