Tikka T3x Ace Game 300 Win Mag 24" 5rd Left Hand Rifle

300 Winchester Magnum in a left hand chassis rifle is a narrow slice of the market, and Tikka builds it as a catalog item instead of a special order. The action is a true left hand T3x, so the bolt handle, the port and the safety all sit where a southpaw expects to find them. The chassis is the modular aluminum Ace platform shared with the Ace Target, and the rear stock adjusts for length of pull, comb height and recoil pad position so the rifle can be set up around a hunting jacket or a shooting coat.

The barrel runs 24", fluted to a medium contour and threaded 5/8-24. Length matters more with a 300 Win Mag than with almost anything else Tikka chambers, because the cartridge burns a lot of slow powder and a short tube throws most of that out the front as blast instead of using it. The fluting pulls weight back off so the rifle still handles, and the threading takes a brake, which a magnum in a chassis this adjustable can genuinely use. The forend carries M-LOK slots for bipods and bags, and the skeletonized butt accepts weights for balance. Feeding is from a 5 round detachable magazine and the trigger is adjustable.
