Pre-lubed means the bullet arrives with lubricant already on it, so you are not lubing at the bench or between shots on the line. Bullet weight is the main lever a muzzleloader shooter has once the powder charge is settled: heavier bullets hold momentum further downrange, lighter ones shoot flatter. What a given weight does still comes down to your barrel and your charge, so plan on a range session before you take it hunting.
