The Taurus 856 is a small-frame double-action/single-action revolver chambered in .38 Special +P, built for concealed carry and home defense. This configuration pairs a 2-inch barrel with a matte black frame and stainless steel cylinder, finished with premium VZ Grips in blue for a distinctive look and comfortable in-hand control.
The 6-shot capacity gives one more round over typical 5-shot snub revolvers, without enlarging the grip frame footprint. Adjustable front sight and fixed rear notch support combat-accurate shooting at defensive distances. The Taurus 856 measures 4.80 inches tall and 1.41 inches wide, producing a compact, pocketable package that is still capable of digesting full-pressure .38 Special +P loads.
