SureFire Ballistic Shield Weapon Light

The BSLA is SureFire's light for ballistic shields, built for entry teams and patrol officers who work behind one. A shield takes away every natural mounting surface a weapon light normally uses, and reaching around the edge with a handheld costs you a hand you do not have to spare. This assembly mounts to the shield itself and puts the beam where the person behind it is already looking.

Output is 1500 lumens on the included rechargeable 18650 cell, or 1100 lumens on two 123A batteries. The hybrid beam throws far enough to identify someone across a parking lot while still spilling light at the edges for close work. The aluminum body is sealed to an IPX7 rating, and the clamp fits most shields between 1/4 and 3/4 of an inch thick. Purpose built gear for shield work, bought once for a specific role.
