The Charlie piston mount goes on an Omega 36M or Hybrid 46M so the suppressor can attach to a handgun through a piston (Nielsen device). Pistons in the thread pitch of your barrel are sold separately.

Take out the spring and piston and a 3-lug mount threads into the Charlie piston mount, which is how the Omega 36M and Hybrid 46M run on 3-lug hosts. Includes the piston housing, booster spring, retainer cap and coupler ring. Steel with a black finish.
