Sierra MatchKing 22 Caliber .224 77gr BTHP Bullets 500ct

The 77 grain MatchKing is the bullet Sierra built for Service Rifle competition in the M16A2 and AR-15A2, and it has set a long list of national records there. Sierra kept its length short enough that loaded rounds still fit and feed from standard M16 and AR-15 magazines, so you get a heavy .224 bullet without single loading.

This is a target bullet. Sierra does not recommend MatchKing for most hunting, since it will not open up on varmints the way a thin jacketed varmint bullet does. There is no cannelure, which suits careful seating for match ammo. Each box holds 500 hollow point boat tail bullets.
