Sharps Bros Heatseeker Ruger American Short Action Chassis

The Heatseeker swaps the factory stock on a Ruger American Short Action for a billet aluminum chassis. The chassis body weighs 1 lb 3 oz and comes with a 10 oz, 14" handguard cut from a Sharps Bros extrusion. Both parts wear a matte black Cerakote finish.

The handguard has M-LOK slots on four sides plus two QD sling sockets per side. At the back, a standard AR-15 grip and buffer interface lets you run the pistol grip and stock you already like. The rifle becomes magazine fed with AICS short action magazines from Magpul and Accuracy International. The instructions are simple and no gunsmith is needed.
