Sellier and Bellot Sb 22 Hornet Soft Point 45 Grain 20 Rounds

The Sellier & Bellot SB centerfire rifle offering for .22 Hornet delivers a hunter-focused 45 gr soft point that balances terminal performance and trajectory for small to medium game, producing approximately 2,346 fps and about 550 ft-lbs of muzzle energy for reliable expansion and penetration at typical Hornet ranges. The brass-cased rounds provide consistent extraction and feeding in bolt and single-shot platforms, and the HazAir designation signals suitability for hunting environments where environmental transportability is a consideration. As part of Sellier & Bellot's long-established lineup, this ammunition complements rifles chambered in .22 Hornet for field use, varmint control, and guided small-game outings where controlled expansion and sectional density matter. Shooters will appreciate predictable ballistics for scoped shots out to practical distances, consistent chamber pressures for safe operation in older and modern rifles, and a soft point profile that reduces over-penetration compared with full metal jacket alternatives. If you're planning a day of stalking or a mixed game hunt that requires a light-recoiling, accurate cartridge, this Sellier & Bellot .22 Hornet soft point round provides a dependable option that aligns with established ballistic expectations for the caliber.
