Savage chambered this 110 Core Tactical in 6mm ARC, the cartridge that fits a 6mm bullet into an AR sized case and still reaches well past 800 yards on modest powder. In a bolt gun with an 18 inch barrel it becomes a quiet, low recoil rifle that shoots small groups and does not beat you up over a long string of fire. The medium heavy barrel is straight fluted, the muzzle is threaded for a can or a brake, and the barreled action wears a hard gray finish.

Underneath, the AccuFit V2 system handles comb height and length of pull through swappable inserts, so the cheek weld lands in the same place every time you shoulder it. The forend is a wide beavertail with M-LOK panels along the sides and an ARCA rail machined into the bottom, which means tripods and ARCA bipods clamp directly on. A single piece 20 MOA rail runs across the top for glass with plenty of internal elevation left over. The AccuTrigger adjusts down to a light, clean break, the tactical bolt knob gives your hand something to grab, and the 10 round magazine drops free. Coyote Tan on the stock and a jeweled bolt body finish the look.
