Ruko Fixed Blade Neck and Boot Knife

Neck knives and boot knives solve the same problem from two directions: a fixed blade that has to be carried somewhere other than a pocket. Ruko builds this one for both roles. A fixed blade in that job has no pivot and no lock, which is exactly what is wanted on a knife expected to come out fast and clean.

Carried on a cord or in a boot, a small fixed blade sits out of the way until it is needed and does not have to be opened once it is in hand. That is the whole trade against a folder: less to carry, and less to do before it cuts.
