Ruger Vaquero 357 Magnum 5.5 inch Barrel 6 Rounds High Gloss Stainless Simulated Ivory Grips

The Ruger Vaquero 357 Magnum (Model 5130) brings a classic western single-action revolver to modern shooters with a 5.50" high-gloss stainless barrel, 6-round cylinder and simulated ivory grips that deliver that traditional hand-filling contour long cherished for natural pointing; the Vaquero series honors Ruger's faithful reproduction of old-style Colts while adding contemporary safety and durability. You'll notice the Bisley-style hammer and larger crescent ejector rod head lend confident cocking and ejection feel for cowboy action competition, range sessions, or big-game brush hunts using .357 Mag or .38 Special loads, and the integral rear sight with a blade front provides fast, intuitive sighting. Ruger's cold hammer-forged barrel and 1:16" right-hand twist with eight grooves produce durable, crisp rifling for consistent accuracy and easy cleaning, while the patented transfer bar and loading gate interlock protect against accidental discharge during carry and manipulation; the patented reverse indexing pawl and beveled cylinder make loading and unloading straightforward. Finished in high-gloss stainless steel, weighing roughly 45 oz and measuring 11.12" overall, this single-action revolver requires an FFL transfer and appeals to shooters seeking an authentic western feel combined with modern safety, solid construction, and reliable 6-round capacity for range, field, or competition use.
