Ruger PC Carbine 9mm 16.12" 10rd CA Compliant Rifle

The Ruger PC Carbine model 19116 is the California compliant version of Ruger's 9mm takedown carbine: a 10 round magazine and a non threaded barrel for states that limit capacity and features. The barrel is 16.12" long, cold hammer forged chrome moly steel with a heavy contour and fluting to trim weight. Lock the bolt back, push a recessed lever, twist, and the barrel and forend come off the action for a short package in a bag.

The big selling point is the interchangeable magazine well. It comes with the SR-Series and Security-9 well installed and a second well that takes Glock magazines, so it can share mags with the pistol you already own. A custom tungsten dead blow weight shortens bolt travel and cuts felt recoil and muzzle rise. The aluminum handguard floats the barrel and has M-LOK slots on all four sides, and the aluminum receiver has an integrated Picatinny rail for an optic. Iron sights are an adjustable ghost ring rear and protected blade front. The magazine release and charging handle are reversible for left handed shooters, and the glass filled nylon stock has spacers to adjust length of pull from 12.62" to 14.12". It weighs 7 lbs.
