The Ruger American Gen II Ranch in 350 Legend is built for woods hunters and brush country shooters who want a short, light bolt gun that handles modern straight wall cartridges. The 16.4" spiral fluted barrel wears a Cobalt Cerakote finish and comes threaded 1/2-28 with a factory radial port muzzle brake. The flat dark earth splatter stock has an adjustable length of pull from 12" to 13.75" through a removable spacer, plus a swappable low comb that lines up right behind a scope without getting in the way of iron sights.
Feeding runs through a flush fit AR style magazine holding 5 rounds of 350 Legend, which makes it a legal choice for straight wall deer states. The Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger breaks between 3 and 5 pounds to taste, and the three position tang safety lets you load and unload with the bolt locked. A one piece Picatinny scope base is installed from the factory. The Power Bedding integral block keeps the receiver located and the barrel free floated, so accuracy holds up shot after shot.
