Ruger 10/22 M1 Carbine 22 LR 18.5" 10rd Rifle

This 10/22 wears an M1 Carbine style hardwood stock, giving the classic rimfire the lines of the World War II carbine while keeping the 22 LR chambering. It was a TALO special edition. The metal is blued, the barrel is 18.5" long, and the sights follow the carbine theme with a blade front and an adjustable ghost ring rear aperture. An integral Picatinny rail on the receiver gives you a place to mount an optic if you want one.

Under the military look it is a standard 10/22, which means the same parts and accessories support that made the rifle so popular. The detachable 10 round rotary magazine feeds reliably, and the prominent magazine release makes swaps easy. A push button cross bolt manual safety and a polymer trigger housing round out the action. At about 5 pounds it is light enough for younger shooters, and the carbine stock makes it a fun companion piece for anyone who owns or admires an original M1 Carbine. It is equally at home plinking cans or chasing squirrels.
