Cimarron Firearms Richards Trans .38 Special 5.5 inch 6 Round Blue Finish

The Cimarron Richards Transition Model .38 Special with a 5.5-inch barrel and six-round cylinder brings together historical detail and modern reliability, and if you appreciate cowboy-action revolvers or period-correct replicas this Richards Transition revolver delivers what collectors and competitors want. The Transition designation comes from the early Richards ejector combined with the Richards-Mason conversion ring gate and hammer, giving authentic lines and smooth, dependable operation for black-powder era styling while shooting contemporary .38 Special loads; that combination makes it ideal for cowboy action shooting, range practice, or as a centerpiece in a historical firearms collection. The standard blue finish offers a durable, attractive surface that wears in attractively over time, the 5.5-inch barrel balances sight radius and handling for accurate offhand and single-action shooting, and the six-shot capacity keeps you on target longer between reloads. Handling cues, crisp single-action trigger feel, and the precise fit of the conversion ring and hammer showcase Cimarron Firearms attention to period detail in the Richards series, so whether you're competing, re-enacting, or displaying a faithful Old West-style revolver, this model combines authentic form, usable performance, and collector-grade appeal.
