Rock Island Armory VRBP-100 12 GA 20" 5rd Bullpup Shotgun

The VRBP-100 takes Rock Island Armory's magazine fed VR shotgun idea and folds it into a bullpup. The action sits behind the grip, so you get a full 20" barrel in a gun that is only 32" long overall. That short length makes it easy to move through hallways and doorways, while the long barrel keeps velocity and sight radius where they belong. It is a semi auto 12 GA that feeds from a 5 round detachable box magazine and works with VR series magazines.

The chamber takes 2.75" and 3" shells, and the barrel uses the Mobil choke system so you can change patterns for buckshot, slugs or birds. The polymer stock comes with rubber spacers to set length of pull. The finish is a durable black anodized coat. Empty weight is 7.94 lbs, which helps tame 12 GA recoil. For home defense in tight quarters, or a compact truck gun that still reaches out, this is a different take on the fighting shotgun.
