Retay ACE 20 GA 28" 3rd Bronze Mossy Oak Bottomland Shotgun

Two extra inches of barrel change how a 20 gauge swings. The 28" tube on this ACE carries further through a crossing bird and gives the fiber optic bead a longer rib to sit on, which most shooters read as a smoother, less twitchy gun than the 26". Everything forward of the receiver is deep bore drilled and dead straight, and the forcing cone is lengthened at the factory so heavier hulls come out of the chamber with less abruptness.

The finish is bronze Cerakote on the aluminum receiver and barrel with Mossy Oak Bottomland on the stock and forend, a combination aimed at flooded timber and river bottoms. The action is pure inertia: the Inertia Plus rotating bolt cycles off recoil with a rollover torsion spring, so there is no piston, no gas ports and almost nothing to clean when the day is over. Six extended chokes come with the gun, cylinder through full plus a waterfowl long range tube. The AIRY recoil pad and a 14.5" length of pull set the fit, with a shim kit for drop and cast. The safety reverses for left hand shooters, the trigger group lifts out at the touch of a button, and the magazine holds three.
