The Reptilia RMU Mount 12 Slot Black 7075-T6 Aluminum Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny Rail Mount is a lightweight, slim-line solution designed at the request of a DoD customer to elevate optics with fixed height lower 1/3 co-witness heights, such as the EOTech holographic line, Vortex AMG UH-1, and Sig Optics ROMEO8T, to a more ergonomic stance when using helmet-borne night vision or a more upright shooting posture. Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec Type III hard anodizing, this mount attaches securely to any M1913 Picatinny rail and provides a precise 0.625 inches of additional sight height for improved cheek weld and target acquisition. Its spring-loaded nitride steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify installation while sitting flush with the mount body for a low-profile, anti-snag design that maintains a clean, reliable interface with minimal interference.
