The ADL uses a stamped bottom metal without the floorplate of the BDL, and the factory screws are slotted heads that cam out easily when you try to torque them to spec for accuracy work. Swapping to allen heads means you can use a torque wrench with confidence and get repeatable zero after the barreled action has been out of the stock.
