PROOF Research PXT Pre-Fit Barrel Zermatt Origin 6.5 CM 18" Carbon Fiber

A shouldered pre-fit for the Zermatt Arms Origin action, chambered in 6.5 CM at 18" with a Sendero contour and 5/8-24 muzzle threads. Pre-fits are the shortcut around a gunsmith: check headspace, torque the barrel on, go shoot. No lathe time, no waiting list.

Eighteen inches keeps a 6.5 CM handy without giving away much velocity, and it is a natural length for a suppressed hunting or trainer build. Carbon fiber wrapped over a thin steel core means a Sendero contour that does not carry Sendero weight, and heat leaves it far faster than steel would. PXT rifling accelerates the twist progressively from the breech, easing the bullet into the lands and slowing throat wear.
