A 20 inch 7mm PRC pre-fit for the Tikka T3x. 7mm PRC is Hornady's answer to the 7mm Remington Magnum, and it gets to the same class of performance from a shorter, unbelted case that headspaces off the shoulder and feeds better out of a box magazine. Long, heavy 7mm bullets at magnum speed is the short version of what it does.

Because it is a pre-fit, the shank and threads match Tikka T3x spec and headspace is set before the barrel is boxed. A barrel nut and a wrench put it on the rifle; nothing here needs a lathe. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24, which covers the common 30 caliber brakes and cans that also handle 7mm. Twenty inches trims the overall length back to something you can carry in steep country without bleeding away the case capacity that makes the cartridge worth shooting.
