Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 6.5 CM 18" 4rd FDE Rifle

This Elevation MTR 2.0 is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and built around an 18 inch Sendero contour carbon fiber wrapped barrel with a threaded muzzle; a thread protector is included. The rifle uses a Zermatt Arms Origin action and a TriggerTech trigger, feeds from a detachable box magazine holding four rounds, and sits in a lightweight Proof carbon fiber stock finished in Tactical Flat Dark Earth. Its black receiver comes with a Picatinny rail already machined in, so mounting glass takes rings and nothing else. Proof covers it with a sub MOA accuracy guarantee.

6.5 Creedmoor is the reason a lot of shooters stopped chasing magnums. It puts long, sleek bullets downrange at moderate pressure, wind drift stays predictable, recoil is mild enough to spot impacts, and match ammunition is loaded by everyone. An 18 inch barrel is the practical length for it: the velocity loss against a 24 inch tube is small, and what you get back is a rifle that handles in the field and stays reasonable in length once a suppressor goes on.
