The 30 inch rod breaks into three sections with a swivel handle on the first, and every section accepts accessories, so you can run it short for a carbine or full length for a rifle barrel. Pro-Shot micro polishes the stainless so the rod is not carrying grit into the bore on the way through.

A brass patch holder covers 22 through 45 caliber, and a shotgun adapter steps the 8-32 threads up to 5/16-27 for the all gauge shotgun patch holder, which is what takes the kit out to 12 gauge.
