Pro-Shot 41 Cal Brass Spear Tip Jag

A brass jag with a spear point tip, cut for 41 caliber bores. The spear tip pins the patch in the center and drives it through the bore as one piece, instead of letting it fold over and skid past the fouling the way a loose slotted tip does.

Brass is soft enough that a slip will not scratch rifling, and it will not react with a copper solvent and throw off a patch reading. It threads onto a cleaning rod and comes off just as fast when it is time to switch to a brush.
