About the Prvi Partizan 8x56mm Rimmed
The 8x56R, often called the 8x56 Mannlicher, is the rimmed round that Austria and Hungary adopted for their updated M95 straight pull rifles and carbines. This Prvi Partizan load uses a 208gr soft point bullet, so a well kept M95 can go deer or hog hunting as well as to the range.
Each box holds 20rd. Be sure your rifle is chambered in 8x56R and not the earlier 8x50R before you shoot. A soft point is the right choice when an M95 goes to the deer woods instead of the range.
