A concealment wedge is the piece of foam that tilts the grip of a pistol toward your body so the butt stops printing through a shirt. The Wedge Rx runs an orthotic grade foam core, firm enough to actually move the gun but forgiving enough that it does not turn into a hot spot after a full day on the belt.
