Patriot Ordnance Factory P-15 Base 300 BLK 13.75" 30rd ODG Rifle

The P-15 Base SMU is Patriot Ordnance Factory's AR-15 in 300 Blackout, and the barrel is the story. It measures 13.75", but a Dead Air KeyMo muzzle brake is pinned and welded on to bring the total to 16.1", which makes this a standard rifle rather than a short barrel build. The barrel itself is an E2 Match Grade unit in black nitride.

Inside, the bolt carrier group runs POF's patented roller cam pin, which cuts the friction a standard cam pin creates dragging against the upper. The receivers are aluminum with a flared magwell, the barrel is Match Grade, and the buffer tube is a six position anti tilt design. The handguard is 13" of M-LOK, the receiver carries a Picatinny rail, and Amend2 supplies the adjustable stock and grip in OD green to match the receiver. 300 Blackout out of a barrel this length is close to ideal, since the cartridge was drawn up for short barrels and it runs subsonic loads behind a can better than 5.56 ever will. A 30 round magazine is standard.
